We are commissioning a consultancy as part of the multi-level and multi-actor project “Supporting the establishment of the National Mechanism on Loss & Damage (NMLD) in Bangladesh” implemented by ADAMS, ICCCAD, and Germanwatch.
The primary objective of this consultancy is to map and learn how Bangladeshi initiatives, programmes/projects and funds/funding streams in fields related to loss and damage (such as, but not limited to, adaptation, disaster risk reduction, disaster risk management, social protection, humanitarian assistance, disaster risk finance) as well as relevant sector specific initiatives target and reach the most vulnerable populations. Based on the findings, actionable recommendations for different actor groups shall be provided.
