Im "Dr. Werner-Schuster-Haus" in der Kaiserstr. 201, wo u.a. die Nichtregierungsorganisationen Germanwatch, Südwind und das Frauennetzwerk für Frieden ihren Sitz haben, sind mindestens zwei und bis bis zu sechs Büroräume zu vermieten:
- jeweils ca. 10-14 qm Fläche, möbliert mit Tischen (z.T. elektrisch höhenverstellbar), Stühlen, Regalen und Deckenleuchten
- Mietbeginn: kurzfristig
- Mitnutzung Sitzungsräume und Küche
- Monatliche Warmmiete: je nach Vereinbarungen zur Nutzung der Sitzungsräume rund 200-350 € pro Büroraum inkl. Reinigungs- und sonstige Nebenkosten inkl. (Öko-)strom
- beheizt durch eine klimafreundliche Wärmepumpe (in 2025 installiert)
- Fahrradparkplätze vor dem Haus, in Sonderfällen auch kurzzeitige PKW-Parkplatznutzung möglich (Option eines einzelnen Dauerparkplatzes müsste bei Bedarf geklärt werden)
- Schließanlage mit Sicherheitsschlössern
- verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Bushaltestelle Schedestr. (610/611) direkt vor der Tür, Stadtbahnhaltestelle Museum König in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, ca. 5 min. per Fahrrad zum Hbf Bonn
- städtisches Gebäude, leider nicht barrierefrei
- zwei öffentlich zugängliche Kantinen sind in 2 bzw. 5 min. Fußweg erreichbar, der schattige Hinterhof kann z.B. für Mittagspausen genutzt werden

Subtenant sought for shared NGO office space in Bonn
At the “Dr. Werner-Schuster-Haus” at Kaiserstr. 201—home to the non-governmental organizations Germanwatch, Südwind, and the Women’s Network for Peace, among others—at least two (and possibly up to six) office spaces are available for rent:
- Each space is approximately 10–14 square meters in size, furnished with tables (some with electric height adjustment), chairs, shelves, and ceiling lights.
- Start date: short-termed.
- Shared use of meeting rooms and kitchen.
- Monthly rent (including utilities): depending on agreements regarding the use of meeting rooms, approximately €200–350 per office space, including cleaning and extra charges, as well as (green) electricity.
- Heated by a climate-friendly heat pump (installed in 2025).
- Bicycle parking in front of the building; in special cases, short-term car parking is also possible (the option of a single long-term parking space would need to be clarified if needed).
- Locking system with security locks.
- Conveniently located: Schedestr. bus stop (610/611) right outside the door; Museum König stop of Stadtbahn (light rail) is a 5-minute walk away; approximately 5 minutes by bike to Bonn Central Station.
- Municipal building; unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
- Two publicly accessible cafeterias are a 2- and 5-minute walk away, respectively; the shaded backyard can be used, for example, for lunch breaks.
